Hydro Flask Slingback Bottle Pack Agave

This is a perfect sling bag! I was on the hunt for a new sling bag for a two week trip to England and France. It worked flawlessly on every plane, train, boat and automobile for 25,000 steps a day through London, Paris and Normandy. My current sling was very dated and I was searching for something that was more streamlined, comfortable and could easily carry a large water bottle in addition to all the other essentials for a full day of touring. After looking at slings from Eagle Creek, Alpaka, North Face, Patagonia and a few others, I landed on this one from Hydro Flask. I absolutely love it! What makes it perfect you ask? Well for me its the combination of great features, with the best one being the huge stretchy pocket on the back. So many sling bags have these tiny side water bottle pockets that barely fit a standard 12oz water bottle and then they fall out as soon as you bend over. The huge stretchy pocket on this bag is great, not only will it hold a 32 oz. bottle, it can hold two 16 oz. bottles or anything else you might need for the day. I used it several times to store my wet umbrella and my rain jacket, the oversized pocket is such a great flexible storage space it proves invaluable, I never want a bag without it. Another important feature I was looking for, especially for travel, was a hidden pocket to keep my wallet, passport and any other valuables close to my body and out of sight. This bag has an excellent valuables pocket. It is sizeable, holds multiple passports, large phone, wallet and is lined so it wont scratch your phone or sunglasses. The two main compartments are big enough to fill with all your daily essentials with dividers and mesh pockets to organize and separate items, including a padded tablet sleeve. Comfort wise, the strap has a good amount of soft padding for all day comfort without being bulky, with breathable material on the strap and the padding on the back. It has a completely adjustable secondary strap that works great for biking, hiking or any activity where you want to make sure the sling stays secure on your back when you have lots of movement. The secondary strap stores away nicely in its own pocket when not needed. Even the top grab handle is sized perfect for quick carry or to hang your bag at the end of the day. The bag easily moves from front to back without removal, it has a nice quick detach buckle that is not bulky. The mini stretchy pocket on the front of the strap, as some have mentioned is interesting, not a whole lot can be done with it, but it does hold my Chap Stick perfectly so I cant even knock it for that. I love this bag so much I even started to use it for day hikes. I'm somewhat of a gear snob, so when my normal go to brands didn't have a sling bag with the right combination of features I somehow randomly landed on this Hydro Flask. I didn't even know they made anything other than water bottles. So glad I found it, can't wait to use it again on my next adventure.

Excellent should sling. It fits my 32 oz owala perfectly along with everything else I need for the day. The material seems super durable, and the strap is comfortable. The sling itself is light, but even if it’s loaded down with a full water bottle and large battery pack, it’s still quite comfortable. I love the color too!

So close to perfect, but not quite. I really wish they would have made the lined "hidden" pocket on the back larger. There is free space there, so it could be larger without having to change anything else, and would be so much more useful. It is very comfy to wear, but I wish the shoulder strap pocket was a touch larger and had a zipper or velcro closure. Also, I am able with a bit of effort to get a 40oz insulated FiftyFifty bottle (like a hydroflask) in the sleeve, although it sticks out the top without the cover reaching over it. It greatly reduces the usable space in the bag, but it can carry a pretty serious size bottle! Not sure how long the stretch fabric will hold up under that weight, but it's been fine so far.

So happy with this!! I had a light blue one for a long time, but it eventually got really dirty, so I had to pitch it. This color shouldn’t show everything and I’ll make sure to clean it more. I absolutely love all the room it provides. I’ve had many other slings and this one beats them all. I don’t have to worry about my wallet falling out like the Under Armor sling. The color is beautiful. Even though another strap is available, I never used it when I had this sling in the past. But it’s nice to have that option. Definitely a must buy!! It’s durable, isn’t easy for someone else to get into, and just incredibly functional.

Perfect bag for long days at Disney World. The bottle pocket is stretchy. Straps are comfortable and the bag is very well made. Liked it so much I bought another for my mom.

I absolutely love this Hydro Flask sling bag, I got the black and it’s very unassuming, just has their logo on front. Very easy to decide where the best places for your gadgets and items are. It fits my 32oz Owala, but it’s a bit tight with the water bottle inside, so I switched to a 16oz Owala, and now I have extra room for other essentials. Just keep in mind the bottle compartment does cut into the inner bag space a bit. One cool feature is the microfiber sleeve inside, which fits my iPad mini perfectly. What really sold me on this (even though it’s on the pricier side) is the water bottle holder and the side strap support. That extra strap is a game changer if you’re active! I longboard, and with any other bag, even a backpack, the swing of the bag starts syncing with every pump of the board, which gets annoying quick. The side strap keeps it stable and secure, so the bag doesn’t shift around while you’re moving but you can also stow it away to use the bag as a regular sling. If you’re someone who was thinking the same thing, get it

This is one of my favorite bags I have bought. I don't buy bags much but this one can fit my entire 32 oz hydroflask bottle inside the pouch and still fit my Kindle, phone, wallet, and keys. It has two zipped sections and a third small one that's hidden on the side for smaller items and valuables. The color is also pretty. It does sling across your chest but it comes with two adjustable straps. One of the straps is also removable and you can tuck it into a designated pouch so it is out of the way. Best purchase I've made all year!

Almost 5 stars! I was looking for a sling bag to carry around on a recent trip to Europe. None of the high-security bags I found would work-- specifically they had no way of carrying a water bottle (which is the main reason I would use one of these). The expandable pocket on the back was great for a large water bottle or my rolled up raincoat. Note that this can limit what you put in the main pocket. I usually kept a power bank and GoPro camera in the main front pocket. Documents (train or venue tickets) or a book went in the large middle pockets. I attached a heavy duty keyring the to grab handle, and clip-hooks onto the zippers-- that way when I had it all zipped up, I could clip the zippers to ring. The secondary strap worked when I needed it and was stowable with I didn't need it. I know it wasn't made to be a high-security bag, but I'd give it 5 stars if it had the ability to clip the zippers to a secure spot built in.

I was looking for a sling bag that could take an iPad, battey, phone etc on a plane trip, and then double as a water bottle carrier with less other stuff for going exploring, and this is a brilliant little compromise. Love it

This bag seemed perfect for me, since it could also fit my iPad Pro 11-inch. However it had a strong chemical smell that was so strong I could smell it through the box after it was delivered. I’ve aired it out for a few days and that’s only helped a little bit.
