Broke after a few uses in moderate wind
Looked very nice but broke after a trip out in moderate windEdit: the customer service has been fantastic as they provided me with a refund and new umbrella.Have been assured I must have received a faulty product and have had good experience with Balios in the past so would recommend overall

Disappointing quality considering the price
I purchased this umbrella six months ago, and it has been problematic from the start. The umbrella often fails to close properly, with several spokes not aligning correctly. This is particularly inconvenient in busy areas like train stations, where quick and efficient use is essential. Despite handling it with care, the umbrella's performance has deteriorated to the point where one of the spokes has completely broken off. I should also mention that it was not windy at all, so the breakage was not caused by adverse weather conditions.Given my careful treatment of the item and the high expectations I had for its quality, this is unacceptable. The umbrella does not meet the basic functional requirements of opening and closing reliably. Considering its price, the quality is subpar. In comparison, a much cheaper alternative has proven more durable.I would like to know if there is an option to return or exchange this umbrella, as its performance has been highly disappointing and does not justify the cost.

Good quality but bigger than expected
Great quality but not what I would consider compact. It’s also quite heavy

Stylish, Strong & Worth Every Penny!
This Balios umbrella is both beautiful and incredibly sturdy! The design is elegant, and the quality is top-notch—it holds up so well, even in strong winds. I first received one as a gift and loved it so much that I got another for myself. It’s not just an umbrella; it’s a statement piece. Highly recommend!

Diminished the brand sadly…
Purchased a Balios previously and was impressed by the quality…. The compact version sadly had what appeared to be a defect where it would not extend properly… had to return… should have read the reviews …

Good umbrella
Serves it purpose. Not sure if it's sturdy enough for wind though. But then not many umbrellas cope well with wind in general.

Not fit for purpose
Umbrella was purchased in April of 2024, already failed by early November. Spokes weren't closing smoothly and unless you held the umbrella partially closed in a very particular way, you could not collapse the stem of the umbrella. That it failed after a short period of time is very disappointing. I have other amazon umbrellas that have not failed after a few years, so this is particularly disappointing.
