I ordered this product because my 2 year old will not eat the traditional DHA fish oil gummies. I have tried a few brands. So I figured I would try these. I was a little concerned because some of the reviews stated that they taste horrible. When I opened the package I did notice a slight fishy smell but no more than with the other fish oil based gummies. When you bite into these gummies they taste good. In fact much better then I expected. Also, both my 7 year old and 2 year old eat them and they are picky eaters. The texture is not as soft/squishy which is not a problem for my kids but I know it may effect some kids depending on their preferences. The down side is that 3 gummies equal 1 serving and the container has 60. So for the price they do not get very far. Due to the cost, as soon as my youngest will eat the other gummies we will be switching back to the coromega gummies and my oldest is still using those. This however is a great alternative to try if your kids will not eat the other less expensive gummies.

I gave these gummies to my child from age 2 to 4. I was soo happy! Because eventhough I did not like them, he liked the consistency and flavor. Since we are vegetarians I was glad he had is omega secure with these. I do not know if it was a difference in the peoduct or just his taste changed. But all of a sudden he stopped accepting them and he would just spit them. It all happened after we were out of gummies for like a month. Whe. I GOT THE NEW JAR i noticed a slight difference in size and that the gummies were less "matte". We are now in the search for a vegan omega product that he likes.
