I was initially hesitant to purchase this product due to its price being significantly lower than that of the Cadillac OEM rack. The more important question is, what justifies Cadillac's higher price? This product features a aluminum bar and solid cast mounts, making it very sturdy and easy to install. In the first order, there was a labeling error where three left mounts and one right mount were sent. The seller promptly took responsibility, advised me to return the entire rack, and quickly processed a new order. The replacement arrived within two days. I am very satisfied with the seller’s responsiveness.

Haven’t put it to work yet on our 22 Tahoe but it’s on and it fits and it looks awesome! My husband installed it relatively easily and is generally hard to please with this kind of thing and he only had two small complaints. 1) It doesn’t attach tightly on the inside, although it’s nice and snug across from the outsides so it’ll stay on just fine, he just feels it could’ve fit more snugly on the inside of the bracket. 2) His other complaint was about the screws being tougher to turn on one end than the others but truly, it didn’t affect the overall design it doesn’t sound.

The rack was performing well and then came off in the car wash. I lost my keys and I’m looking for how to get a replacement set.

Looks great and easy to install

Worked great on our 2023 Tahoe for luggage storage.

While installing the rack mounts I noticed one of the four mounts was missing the rubber seal that attaches to the rail. Since I need it to be installed right away I didn’t have time to return it and wait for a new one to be sent. Also one of the mounting bolts snapped off while I was tightening it. I had plenty of thread left and didn’t over tighten it.

I'm fairly certain I could have installed these without any instructions. Very straight forward. The nuts are size #10, in metric, but the allen is 1/8". They provide tools for each, just nice to know for everyone who prefers ratchet drivers and power tools. Very sturdy, meets expectations. I think I'm going to purchase another set so I have four crossbars. Just for extra points to tie long items down; ladders, wood boards, plywood, etc... Be careful tightening the #10 nuts to the tightening bolts. The bolts are welded to the "arm clamp." It makes them susceptible to breaking off if you overtighten with a power tool... which is what I did. The nice thing is, they send an extra "arm clamp" and screws/nuts with the original! I'm going to replace that piece tonight. Highly recommend and again, probably going to buy a second set for the same vehicle.
