Amazing product. Got this to secure a window. Although you need to drill a hole into the frame it was an easy task to do. Really recommend. Its giving me peace of mind that the window is now secure. They look and feel very sturdy.

Hi,I need to return one of the Sashes because I didn't know they came in pairs.

Good, but defective screw
Good overall. One of the screws was defective: the indent to put the screwdriver into was not done properly, so that a screwdriver could not be inserted (basically, there was very little indent). Thankfully I had another screw, albeit it’s a different colour. Still, disappointing.

Nice Product!
Excellent. Neat and tidy and seemingly very strong. If your sashes are snug you may have to cut a recess for them.

Not solid brass, only brass coloured
Not real brass, already loosing the coating with some mild corrosion after a only month. However they do there job well as window stops, just don’t install on a window prone to condensation.

Excellent product - does what it is supposed to do - highly strong and secure. Easy to install. Works for top or bottom of double hung window...or BOTH at same time [would need 2 sets for that application]. Aesthetically pleasing - will fit with any decor/hardware in use in your room [there are several finish choices available]! After trying, and returning, 4 other products that were to do the similar functions, we found this products to be THE ONE. Purchase it--you will not be sorry.

Poor design and outrageous shipping charge. Ripoff
This is poorly designed and doesn’t seem to provide the security for which it’s intended. Outrageous shipping charge that’s more than the item. As a Prime member, I was not expecting to pay huge shipping for poor item. Now i am returning because it won’t work for me. Don’t buy unless you’re positive it’s right for you and you know how it’s designed. Web description is poor.Amazon— refund my shipping charge!
