The colours from these gels are really vibrant, however I would advise checking the description on the packs as they may not contain what is advertised in the pictures! I was hoping for the dark brown and latte as in the pictures and got a soft caramel in the pack as i hadn't checked the description!

Perfect blues

Really effective food colouring. A little bit makes good strong bright colours. The gels are easy to mix to make variations on the colours to get the colour you need. Don’t leave any noticeable after taste. They store well and don’t dry out. They don’t make your icing wetter like traditional food colouring can. Work well for colouring sponge as well as icing.

Used for biscuits and buttercream icing for a birthday party. They turned out great, you can see where I was shy with the dose to give but a big splurge gave some strong colours! It created a nice contrast and didn't alter the taste of the foods which I was worried about. Only negative was how much you have to use to create the right colour but then I'm a relatively novice baker! No staining to hands or utensils. Highly recommend!
