I am very impressed. Its an easy workout that's different than my normal. I first have it high on my waistline. ( This product did not come with a waistband but I highly recommend using one.If you have one. It makes a big different. Not so much pressure) i did two miles. According to my walking fit app.... then, I lowered the waist belt around my hips, and did another mile... i did put up a little bit of a sweat. And I kept my arms raised up to a fighting stance, most of the time. I think if you had a little bit of weight, that would add an extra upper body workout as well. I would squat down and tighten my buttocks, as it is around my waist. I am sure to feel that tomorrow. Yes I jumped in with both feet. And I definitely will be feeling it tomorrow.... as for the noise, it does not bother me. No it is not silent. No, it would not wake up my son if he was sleeping in the other room. It keeps a nice rhythm sound if i'm doing my workout properly. So don't hesitate with all the messages about how loud it is.
