magglass Matte Screen Protector for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Anti Glare Tempered Glass Guard (Easy Applicator Included)

I got this to use with my Spigen Tough Armor case, and it's been fantastic. The fit is spot-on, and there’s no issue with it peeling off around the edges and the spigen case does not press against the sides and cause it to peel either. The screen protector itself has a smooth matte finish and does a great job at reducing glare. Applying the screen protector is straightforward, especially with the clear instructions provided in the package. One thing to note, though: if you set up your fingerprint biometrics before putting on the screen protector, you might run into some issues. I had to redo my fingerprints for the sensor to work properly afterward. Even then, the fingerprint sensor is a bit slower, comparable to the speed of my old Note 20 Ultra after applying a screen protector to the s24 ultra.

Had a slight issue with the application tool - removing the 2nd tab was a bit fiddly but it laid the protector perfectly with everything lined up correctly. Once on, it gives the phone screen an almost slate-like feel and look. Very smart and classy. The screen seems just as responsive with finger touch or the S-Pen, as it was without the guard. As others have said, while it does dim the display slightly and flattens the contrast a bit, the lack of solid reflections make up for this. When I say solid, it obviously introduces some reflection - but they seem fairly difused and a lot less obvious than using a non-anti glare protector. Can't give 5* as it's not 100% perfect, but this item IMHO is a great investment - you've got a phone worth a grand so you really need to make sure the screen doesn't get scratched. This seems the best way to do that.

Do not buy this. Despite the fact that it comes with an application frame which made application easy when following the instructions, the alignment somehow isn't perfect, the size coverage isn't great as even with a case there are somewhat large gaps either side of the protector, the matte finish is somewhat questionable, it barely feels matt at all, the visual clarity in sunlight is marginally better than a typical glossy protector but barely can barely notice the difference and the cut out for the selfie camera is pretty annoying as you can distinctly feel it if running your finger over the screen and it is guaranteed to be a dust collector. Fingerprints don't pick up as much would be the only real good thing about this, so if that's the only thing you care about then sure, but it's not great value for money when only getting 1 protector with all these issues.

Fitting was simple and went well, it's less matte than expected and is actually shinier than the samsungs stock screen glass 🙄 reflections are more of an issue than without. See how It goes i guess.

Fitting screen guards is usually torture. After you've cleaned the phone screen to surgical quality standards and made absolutely sure that there isn't a single speck of dust within several miles of the device, you carefully place the guard squarely on the glass. Perfect! Then you notice one single piece of grit right in the middle of the screen, holding off the guard like a small tent. After carefully lifting the saver to remove the lump you find that all the other grit in the house has joined in the fun. Plus some air bubbles, which you get to chase around the screen for some time, never quite expelling the last one. As a result most screen guards end up looking like they've caught a bad dose of smallpox. But not this one. The MagGlass screen guard comes with an ingenious plastic applicator. I've just used one and, first time out, the result is perfect. Really MagNificent! But... The screen guards are extremely fragile. The slightest dink on the edge or even a small drop results in a broken guard, with fractures fanning out from any point of contact. So, you'll need to budget for regular replacements, they are simply not durable.

The first one I got lasted for a year (I broke it), but the second one cracked after a couple of weeks and I have no idea how, as I didn't drop the phone or do anything else that would apply pressure on the screen etc. It also gets dirty too easily and it's difficult to clean. There are not many glass&matt protection alternatives for the S24 Ultra, and that's the only reason I buy this one again. Too expensive

I'm used to glossy screen protectors and thought I'd try this one - I'm really pleased with the matte and no fingerprints on the screen. And it is anti-glare but not as much as I'd expect - certainly less glare than a glossy one. Overall it's a great product and easy to apply.
