The approximate shelf life is 6 weeks. We get the product from the the factory on a weekly basis, so the product is always fresh.

Q: Are these chips hard like kettle chips?

I would not say that they are as hard as kettle chips. Gibble's are unique in flavor and texture. Very, very delicious. Our family loves them!

Q: Are these absolutely great potato chips still fried in 100% pure lard?

I believe so. States "prime lard" as only cooking ingredient.
