Amazed that this fixed 80% of my knee pain after running
I'm 57 years old and have had some level of knee pain since college. I think I can blame a bad wipe out from skiing back in the 80's. I am in good shape and I run about 8 miles a week. I have been doing that for about 9 years. My knee pain after running was getting quite intense lately. I would have to ice my left knee for days to relieve the swelling and pain. I was thinking of seeing an orthopedic doctor and getting an MRI. I realized that I had about 500 miles on my running shoes (ASICS Gel-Quantum 180s) and I noticed that both heals were worn heavily on the outer edges. I discovered that this may indicate "Supination". So I bought a new pair of running shoes (ASICS Gel-Quantum 180s again) and inserted these insert on the outer edge of my heel under the main shoe insole. As another reviewer said, it felt a little odd at first. After a couple of weeks running in this new configuration, I am 80% pain free in my left knee. I was VERY doubtful that something this simple could have that much of a positive impact on my knee. 80% pain free in that particular knee is kind of a baseline for that knee. In other words, using these inserts solved my knee problem. I am thrilled and will buy another pair just in case the current ones wear out.

Works well, no side effects noted so far
It seems to prevent my shoes from taking a shape that looks like the outside of my feet are rolling over. In fact, if my ankle rolls when hiking, this is how it happens--outside of feet rolling over. So I bought hiking boots with excellent ankle support--not sure if I want to use these with hiking yet. But when I am not hiking I use these for dress shoes, casual shoes, and sneakers.

These fixed my problems ... Definitely worth a try.
There are many types of shoe wedges and orthopedic supports for foot problems. I stumbled on this one and decided to try it. If you're not careful you can over analyze things on Amazon by reading so many reviews. Well, I'm glad I didn't spend much time because these insoles fixed my problem. I have a very bad right ankle due to an injury sustained in 2007. Recently I purchased two new pair of shoes. Both were very comfortable... but the right shoe on both pairs threw my right foot out of alignment... by turning my foot outward. Not good if you are trying to avoid sprains (or worse). When I received these I placed one under the sole of my right shoe and could immediately feel the difference. Had these not fixed my problem I would have had to return the shoes. The shoes are very comfortable... so although this was an extra expense I'm happy to be able to keep them. Additionally, I have had knee pain recently in my right knee, and these seem to be helping with that too. Could it really be that easy? I hope so! So, I will be purchasing another couple of sets, for both the right and the left feet, to keep on hand in case I have this problem in the future. If any change occurs in wear/tear I will add an update.l But for now, I'm good to go!

Not expensive but a waste of money
These are flimsy little pieces of rubber. They are nothing short of worthless. I would bet that anyone with a previous positive review are still using these. Spend your money elsewhere.

Not enough tape given
I would love the product if it came with more double-sided tape. In the information given they state that you can add 2 or more lifts together. It's not possible because they give you 1 pair of the tape. Another reason 1 pair of tape isn't enough is because if you accidently mangle the tape, as I did, then it's useless. I wound up using the tape meant to keep the insole in place (inside your shoe) to stick the wedges to the insole. Needless to say, it moves around in my shoe a bit. I would've given this 5 stars if not for them skimping on the tape given.

Do NOT believe the haters
I’m very active and have been suffering from knee pain the last couple years. I’ve been gradually getting more now-legged and not only am I worried about my legs forming an actual “O” but I need all the height I can get. I seriously don’t understand how people have problems with them moving. Simply put them under your shoe’s insole and wear them. They stay put and work amazing. Ordered 2 more. And my knee pain went away immediately.

Works well but not enough for serious pronation
I was hoping this item would be strong enough but flexible also to use in high grade foam flip flops. Due to ankle surgery all other shoes irritate wound site. The wedge did add some support and it adhered very well to shoe but it was not enough support to keep ankle from rolling.

Great product
I have “O” type legs. Fit to this there was a sharp pain in my knee. I found this product to claim good results. The product changed my angle of how I lay my foot. The knee pain was gone “ instantaneously “Love the product and use it every day. I need more of these to put it on my other shoes. But they are too costly to get multiple pairs.
