Skinny guy blows up chest
Unlike some of the other guys who have written a review I'm not a big guy I'm 66 kg and 5'9 so I'm slim. So I got the size L and it did have space for my arms and I could have gone for an m but I'm pleased I got the L. The material is very tough and looks durable. With it I was able to incline bench past my body weight which blew me away. It's awkward at first (doing it in the incline) cos you need to get used to lifting it down with a more narrow grip. This was only for the first few till I got used to it. Id say try with a lower weight at first to get used to getting it off the struts. Once ya going tho ya flying. Ya speed is good and I was able to go 4 more kg then more and more till I got to 70kg and can still do 5 reps. So will be able to build on this. Very happy cos I'll be able to build up my body with this. I also used it for dips and it worked there too. I would 100% recommend this especially if it's the look your going for as it allows you to lift more than you normally would so for me it blew my whole upper body up. I'm working on getting that v taper and this will defo get me there. I am happy knowing I won't damage my joints as getting older. It would be ideal for flat bench too but I never tried as I need to hit upper chest. I learnt about this product from Becirvm on YouTube who teaches about body game and getting a good physique. I fully recommend him and this product.

Does exactly what it's supposed to at a fraction of the cost of the mark bell one there identical other than the brand don't waste your money on the expensive ones

Terrible product
The images displaying the product are cgi which I only noticed after I bought the item, there’s no size measurements so I brought the xxl as I assumed it would be able to fit as I have 20” biceps and most xl items are 16” however I can barely get it past my elbows

Tried the $50 name brand, then ordered this. Exactly the same. Highly recommend for Bench Press progress.

You should order a larger size than you would think you'd need, as size seems to run a little small (but probably to factor in support and continuous use factors); that being said, it's a quality product, and works as intended. Thickness is perfect, and stitching is strong. My friend got the popular name brand band, and this is almost identical in material and workmanship (without the unnecessary thumbholes for adjustment). I've had it for about two months, and have used it several times with total success. It doesn't take away the benefit of the workout, but takes the bulk of the stress off of your shoulders. I have some old motorcycle accident injuries which affect my shoulders, and cause pain when benching heavy. With this product, the pain is gone. Great company and product! A+

This is of decent quality. It is an elasticized fabric, kind of like a waistband. I ordered the biggest size, and it just fits. I'm a decent size guy~ 6ft/ 220#. Decent arms, but not huge. Does it work? Yes. It gives some bounce at the bottom of your press~ just off your chest. It doesn't really do the work for you, rather it gives some assistance through the weakest part of your press. Brilliant, actually. It also keeps your elbows tucked, which is awesome, because good form is not easy when lifting heavy on the bench. Now, many speak of adding tons of extra reps, and quickly upping their PRs. Don't buy that. I am able to do 2 extra reps, which over time will add to the progressive overload, and will up my PR. But this is still a slow process. Please don't expect to hit 300# in a week. Also, this works the same for push ups. I'm 52, and my joints snap, crackle and pop. Doing real push-ups is a challenge, without feeling like a tendon is going to snap. This allows me to hit a couple dozen, no problem. My biggest problem with this product is that it's clearly a ripoff of an invention that a gentleman sells from his own website. His sell for $50+, and I can only assume they are of good quality. I got this for $16. No one to blame but myself, I guess.

All the reviews that I read by people who go to the gym, indicate that they can benchpress at least 20% more weight (or reps) in their workout routine… I was skeptical at first but it actually is true. Be sure to order one size larger than you normally would as far as chest with, in addition to measuring your bicep muscle according to the chart for this product. This was recommended but other users and is correct. I’ve been to the gym four times since I received this product, and each time I’ve improved my bench press rep by at least five reps in each set. I used to do a maximum of 10 to 12 reps of 225 on a flat bench, but that was 12 years ago. After an injury I took time away from working out regularly, and now at the age of 54 I’m back to doing 12 to 15 reps of 225 with no issues. Which means I need to increase my gains by going up to benching 10 reps of 245 and I will certainly be able to do it with this “strength band” !
