Actually very good
Rather surprised by this little gem. Actually works rather well. You don't need any oil or other chemicals on the plate as it is non stick. I used the below ingredients and it made brilliant waffles, just need to leave them on for a while check every so often.Ingredients1 egg225g self raising flour250ml milk (proper milk non of that skinny stuff)50g melted butter (again proper butter not spread)Vanilla extract to tasteSugar to tasteThen whatever you want on top once it's done!

Great machine easy to clean
This is such a great machine!I wasn't sure that I really needed a waffle maker but this makes such a quick breakfast that I wouldn't be without it.It didn't have any recipes with it but I am gluten free so would have needed to use a gf recipe anyway. Making waffles with buckwheat flour is really easy.Only thing I would say is that I am still trying to perfect creating the right amount of batter, the waffles are quite small and most recipes are for larger machines.Also- incredibly easy to clean!

Wow!! Perfect but worried about the non stick
UPDATE: I was cleaning this with a paper towel and noticed that the non stick comes off super easily. This is concerningWhat a great waffle maker it works beautifully heats evenly on the top and bottom. Depending on the recipe, I wouldn’t trust the indicator light on its own so use your chefs instinct. the nonstick on this works perfectly again depending on your recipe it’s something that I would still be careful of in the future. I’ve only tried this waffle iron ones but it seems absolutely fantastic.

Great Little Product
Never made waffles before and also don't have the space for a big iron. Easy to use nstructions - pretty much plug in and go. Grear value for money. .Good quality. Heats up really quickly. Try not to overfill plate, otherwise it will force the lid to lift up when mixture rises and overspill down side. However, this is so easy to clean, as nothing seems to stick. Great for one person and/or a beginner at making waffles like me 😊

Cooks well but flawed
Good size and cooks very quickly. A bit of a faff to clean as pads don't remove but my biggest issue is the light. It's pretty non existent, I have no idea if that's just mine or they are all like that. I had to actually cupmmy hands over it to see it, not great over a hot device.

so good
it works perfectly and it’s really easy to use. all you do is plug it in and wait for the light to turn on (which means the waffle is ready to go in) and then when the light turns off it means the waffle is cooked. it takes about 5 minutes each waffle if you want them cooked thoroughly. they taste amazing when cooked and if you put chocolate and strawberries they taste so yummy. it’s easy to clean i recommend putting butter on the waffle maker so it doesn’t stick. overall it’s a really good investment.

Cheap, sticky, flimzy
The media could not be loaded. Non stick is not great as sticks every time even though I spray lots of oil on and also the design is flimsy..

Seems Very Good, And Excellent For The Price Point
I bought this because it is basically the cheapest on Amazon, and it seems good value for money. It's a very compact machine and it may take longer to cook than you anticipate, but it is perfect for a single person, but would be annoying for a family. Not only is it not the biggest machine, but it is positively 'dinky', but this also means it will tuck away in a corner and not become an annoyance in terms of storage size.I never expect non-stick coatings to last forever, so I'll only ever try to prise waffles from it with silicone or wooden implements, and I expect it will last a few years with care. The first waffles released perfectly as soon as the steaming stopped. For those who have issues with non-stick coatings flaking, just DON'T use metal, ever.[EDIT - After a few weeks of using it almost every day with no issues, I did find it was getting a bit boring having to stand over it to make a second and third waffle (well, keto chaffles), so I bought an additional machine in the Black Friday sale. They ARE dinky, but they are just the right size to store away in a drawer, so it just made sense to buy an additional one to save some time]
