Perfect to use with floor bed underneath
Easy to assemble, and my 20 month old can climb up and down the ladder with ease so I am comfortable with it being in the shared room with him and his sister. It also looks great. I put a twin size mattress under for my toddler, so I did add 2 more pieces of wood length wise so there wasn’t just one down the middle. I don’t think it is fully necessary, but makes me more at ease if I sleep up there with my daughter and my son is below.

Great bed for our son
This bed is sturdier than it looks. My son enjoys the space below the bed as a reading nook. He also loves to snuggle at bed time and I can easily climb up with him.

Read instructions very thoroughly
I had to create holes for screws behind the headboard because I placed a piece of wood wrong even though I quadruple checked instructions as I was building! One of the stabilizing boards that support the mattress snapped when weight was put on it. I added extra support beams to ensure it wouldn’t collapse in the future. It’s a cute bed for the price.

Looks nice but not stable.
I was really hoping for the best on this one. It’s a nice looking bed but not very stable. It’s pretty wobbly. I’m hoping it won’t break with my 12yo.

Descriptions of the screws was inaccurate
Assembly was a nightmare, missing some materials as describe on the instructions and wasn’t inside the box. Great height for my 5 year old son. Wood has a decent quality and the price decently fair.
