I researched tons of more expensive exercise balls before deciding on this one & I’m glad I did! I got the 75cm one because I wanted the ability to have it that big or size down to 65cm(by removing some air). Many other brands aren’t truly the size they state, so beware. I could’ve gotten by with a 65cm one-as I’m only 5’5”. But I’m happy with this one. Have patience when pumping it up, any ball will take a long time to do so. If u wanna take a break, make sure to take the pump off and put the plug in part way. I made the mistake of stopping while I was pumping, without taking the hose out & I came back with the ball partially deflated. Anyway, it’s a high-quality, well made product :)

The media could not be loaded.  The Lemeo 65cm Yoga ball arrived with the ball, pump, book, tape measure, and plugs in one small box. I ordered the 65cm ball based on the sizing chart recommendation for a person in the 5’ 9” range. It was a cold day when the ball arrived and the book recommends letting it sit for two hours at room temperature. I opted to let it sit a bit longer since it had been in the cold for a while.The foot pump has a clearly marked label across it saying to use the Blue port to inflate and red to deflate the ball. The tape measure is made of vinyl and is stretchy. It is no where close to 65 centimeters in circumference. When I measured the tape the 45 mark is 53 inches and the 55 mark is 65 inches.To ensure you inflate it to the appropriate size I suggest taping the tape measure down to the ball at the equator once you think you have enough air in it and run the tape around it to see where the mark lands. I thought I was at the end and would not get any more air in it and it still had about 4 inches to go. I kept at it and finally got it out to the 65 mark on the tape. Go a little bit past the mark because it will loose some air when you unplug the pump and put the plastic plug in.

Easy to fill up to the size you need. Very nice and had held up.

Purchased this for my daughter who was pregnant. The exercises helped her to have an easier labor and she uses it now when rocking the baby and he loves it.

Love the mint color. It originally came with a few scuff marks on it but their customer service was amazing and resolved all problems. I would recommend this product and this company.

The ball is great the pump could have been a bit stronger but I used my own .could value..
