Update: After my review, the company reached out to offer a replacement or refund. I did not expect it, and am pretty much resigned to the fact that some amazon purchases will be less than stellar, but I am impressed they so eagerly made this right... This was a pleasant surprise! Fear not, the lights are great, nice tone/color, adequately bright, and if they aren't perfect out of the box, they will take care of it. For reference, we are using the 10-string split by running an extention cord to the far corner of the house where they plug in at the Y... we ran one half on the far front side to shine up through the bushes, and the other half points at the pathway on the dark side of the house where there are no street lights, and no electrical to mount a permanent light on the house. This serves as lighting for the basement walk-out entrance which is surrounded by woods and impossible to see otherwise. This was a great solution that saved us from having to do electrical work for a permanently mounted light.Original: Straight out of the box, one light does not work. Also, others claim these are dusk to dawn, and they are not.

These lights WORK. I was skeptical when I opened the box and saw their size, but they are really bright. My house is set back about 40 feet from the main road, and trees block the street lights from illuminating the entry way. The lights are very well made and have lasted a few weeks of occasional light rain. I love the dusk to dawn timer as well, so you can set it and forget it also!

These little lights are really easy to put up so long as you have an area where the lights can be spaced every few feet, or doubled up and longer distances between the pairs taken. I have four in the flower bed in front of the green wall and the other two are to the right of it in a side garden that is built into the front fence. The lights are bright, but not blinding, the heads are small and easy to maneuver. All of the wires are connected in series from the manufacturer, so the distances between heads is set, limiting light placement flexibility, however, not having to mess with the connectors makes these a breeze to pop in the ground, plug in and enjoy! The only shortcoming they have is in not having a dusk to dawn sensor or setting. I ended up buying a sensing outlet to plug the lights into so that they would run dusk to dawn and require zero effort on my part ! They have been going strong for several months now without a single hiccup!

These lights work perfectly in my yard and gives nice ambiance to my patio area. They are not one single line of lights but rather split off evenly from the main power plug which others have commented on. It did work in my yard but may not for others which is the reason for 4 stars, not 5. There’s also no timer so had to purchase one

when these arrived i was unimpressed with the packaging but thought id try them out before i returned them. we had cleared the garden of mulch and plugged these in and placed them in the ground. they look great! we put some landscape fabric (prob not necessary) and mulch over the cords and they look professional. Buy a dusk to dawn sensor plug attachment and they come on automatically each night. perfect!

The plug is bulky but it’s waterproof so I’m not going to complain about that. However the bolts to attach the light to the spike will strip out. I have 3 lights that will swivel now. I gotta use tent spikes to hold it down. They do produce good light though

These are plenty bright and very easy to set up.

Era anni che cercavo dei faretti per illuminare giardino e laghetto, questi si sono dimostrati veramente all'altezza di ogni aspettativa. La lunghezza dei cavi, sia di alimentazione che tra faretto e faretto permette di poter illuminare una vasta zona, la luce è calda e luminosa, di ottimo effetto anche per creare angoli illuminazione di oggetti e piante in maniera cinematografica! Ve li consiglio vivamente.

Great for up lighting for trees and garden features. One problem - they didn't come with lamps.
