Can this be applied to wood sheeting such as OSB?

I don’t know about OSB but it certainly did not stop the leak in my pond. I would not recommend it.

Can this be applied/used on a plastic preformed pond?

I would have thought that it is perfectly possible to use on a plastic preformed pond, but only as a decorative finish to colour it black. It will not seal any leak or split in the pond as that would be structural. It is for sealing a rendered mortar surface primarily.

Can i apply this directly to mdf wood?

I used it on wooden barrel to make small pond it worked okay

as long as you have a watertight seal between the rocks and concrete with will be fine. It won't tolerate any movement in the surface it is applied on.
