With all the other back braces I have had they kept on falling down or the Velcro wasn’t secure. I have only had it for 2 days yet but feel like it stays secure and gives me a good posture when walking. I have yet to see if it helps reduce my pain

Great product, I'm happy with it. Very good quality.It brings quick relief, but it is important to choose the right size and put it on in the right way. It took me 2 tries to learn how to put the belt on properly for it to work.It's very effective in maintaining proper posture.

This is the first time I have used such a brace and find it significantly helps reduce the lumbar pain from a herniated disk from 55 years ago. I especially find it helpful to keep my posture when I am on the computer or otherwise distracted. Yes, I can see why it can be addicting because it makes one feel secure and comfortable. I have not tried sleeping with it yet but it seems appealing. I have not worn it directly on my skin because others have said it is more comfortable over the shirt. I watched a U-Tube to learn how to put it on right. It is very easy to put on and seems of very good quality and should stand up to daily use for a long time. I can see that wearing it while working or sitting could reduce the stress on the back even before it gets injured as I have used it when walking. The seller, "Suptrust" also seems very helpful although I have no complaint. I am impressed and would recommend this product!Update: I did have a small issue with the loop side of the Velcro but the seller immediately replaced it. It is so good to have this kind of support from the seller, that is what really counts! Yes, I am really liking this brace.

I ordered this back brace to help with lower back pain while at home and at work. I do not have severe back pain but just aging of back and spine, sitting long periods at computer and walking and standing at work make my back hurt. I ordered XXL because I am very heavy. It was hard to find back braces that will fit people that are on the heavy side and I liked that is was a longer brace. There are stays in it but they do not pinch or push into back. It seems to be well constructed and sturdy. I tried it at home as a test before using it for work. The stretch was very good and Velcro straps held it in place. I made it fit very snug and the comfort after 3 hours was tight. I released it and re-stretched to fit not as tight. I could not believe that my back pain was not an issue. I sat at computer for about 5 hours working and completely no pain while sitting and after I got up. I used it at work and was also amazed that after a day of work which includes lifting, hauling items, walking and standing, I was not sore at end of day. I released the brace and re-stretched twice during an 8 hour work day. This seems to help with comfort. But I think it also depends on how tight you want the brace to fit. The quality is very good. This is a great item to help with lower back pain issues while sitting and standing at work. Although not a medical cure for major health issues, it does seem to relief the stress on back which is a great help. I would recommend this item and would purchase again.

I drive truck sit for long periods and use my back a lot loading and unloading. My lower back was getting sore and my posture not so great. I have been using this brace for a solid 6 days now and wow it makes a huge difference! The brace is great quality. I was very surprised to see such quality at such a low price point. It comfortable, fits very well, stays in place does NOT move around like others I’ve tried.Very happy with this, and definitely would recommend!

I was a little hesitant to purchase this back brace because of negative reviews. I’m super glad I ordered it! I received it extremely fast. Packaging was great. Instructions are great. The fit is perfect. And there is no smell, as suggested in some reviews. Very easy to put on and also easy to adjust, if needed. The support is great. Does not ride up or down. And it’s as comfortable as it can possibly be. The quality is very good. It should last me a few years. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
