I was using other Bacillus Subtilis supplements from Amazon, which already made a noticeable difference for me with digestion. But switching to this one made another improvement. Not sure if it is going up to 10billion or the quality of the strains, but it is noticeable for me.

I take before I know I'll have an ipa or glass of wine. I read that it helps break down the deleterious effects of alcohol.

It is good quality. We know that something is good for us, so we take it. The results are not overnight nor blatant. We trust that it works.

Seller claims the strain is MBBCM9 which is a strain of Bacillus coagulans not Bacillus subtilis and no response when that was pointed out. They may well be using a subtilis strain but it’s not clear what since they are clearly confused. This does not engender confidence. Caveat emptor!
