Just what I needed for my home office, replacing a Star link multi powered USB
I have just received this today and opened package and set it up.I know it is early, but so far so good.Connection was simple and comes with everything you need. Two monitors set up using HDMI 1 and 2 ports. Power supply is powering and charging my Lenovo ThinkPad.

Quit working after about 6 months
Worked well and did exactuly what it is suppose to for about 6 months. Shut it off on a Friday at work for the weekend and came in on Monday and it would not turn on. Expected better quality from Lenovo that this. Have several Lenovo computers and all work great. Surprising that a support device like this has this kind of an issue.Additionally - buyer beware - I bought this in October 2024 on Amazon with it claiming it was coming from Lenovo. Checking the Lenovo website for the warranty, the product has a 3 year warranty on it. When submitting the S/N to the Lenovo web site for the actual warranty claim for this product it indicated the warranty had expired and the actual product was from 2019. So this was a resale through Amazon that claimed it was coming from Lenovo when it was not.

Great Solution When Lacking Thunderbolt 3 Port
This dock has finally relieved me of the hassle of constantly plugging and unplugging 7 cables/fobs into my personal and work laptops as I frequently switch back and forth between two computers. The COVID-19 coronavirus lockdown has me working from home during the day and then nights and weekends I want to connect my personal laptop.I wanted to buy the newer model ThinkPad Thunderbolt 3 dock since my ThinkPad T470s has one USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port, but I have been receiving repeated warnings that the Thunderbolt 3 controller has stopped working and cannot connect to devices and Lenovo tech support has not been able to resolve the problem. This dock supports data transfer speeds up to 10 Gbps whereas the Thunderbolt 3 dock supports 40 Gbps. The performance I am getting fine, I can't tell that I am missing anything. So getting back to those 7 cables/fobs, they are: power, USB-A fob for external keyboard and mouse, gigabit Ethernet, two external monitors connected to the two HDMI ports, USB-A for wireless headset, USB-A cable for wireless headset stand (which recharges headset when not in use).I have gone from 7 cables/fobs down to one. All I need to do is plug the USB-C cable from the dock to the USB-C port on my laptop. What really surprised me is that it powers the laptop too, no need for a separate power cable. I was not expecting this because my laptop uses a special cable with yellow rectangle plug, not USB-C. I also experimented with the USB-C to USA-A adapter so that I can plug the dock into a traditional USB-A port. When I do that, it does not provide power to the laptop, but everything else works. This is documented in the product sheet that comes in the box.

Excellent Dock
I bought it for Work-From-Home and is the best choice I'd made. Excellent for multi screen use, many useful ports and make Laptop change use from Work Laptop to Personal Laptop very easy, only one cable use. I love it!

Weak USB-C cable
The USB-C to USB-C cable that comes with this, the one that goes from the dock to the laptop isn't rated high enough to deliver the required power. I have a 14AHR7 that came with a 100w adapter. This dock comes with a ~120W power brick and charges the laptop twice as slow as the laptop power adapter.I grabbed a high-quality USB-C to USB-C spare cable I had from a Dell Ultrasharp monitor to use between the dock and laptop. Laptop charges at full speed now and does not give me a "weak power adapter" warning.Kind of pointless to include a 120w power supply with this dock when the USB-C cable you include can't. If you run into power issues, grab a beefy high-quality cable. I don't have any recommendations, but I would go with like an Anker, Cable Matters or just some know big brand. I wouldn't trust funky brand cable name to not just meet cable spec, but also not kill your laptop because it is doing something funky.Just to note, the only other things plugged into the dock is a mouse, keyboard and a DP @ 1080p60.

Simple plug and play
Connected to this docking station: laptop Lenovo Thinkpad X1 with USB-C (included in the docking station package), two Dell monitors connected with my own HDMI cables, Jabra Speak 510 with its USB-A , JideTech web camera with its USB-A, wireless Logitech keybord with its USB-A, wireless Logitech mouse with its USB-A, and works perfectly with minimum efforts to set up. The laptop can be closed, it is powered from this docking station and the laptop can be turned on from a button on the docking station. The docking station has its own power supply cable and adapter included in the package. Perfect setup for a home office.

Excellent dock
Bought it for my daughter in college. She has a monitor, wired keyboard and mouse hooked up to her Lenovo laptop. Connected to ethernet. No problems with it. Works fantastic
