I use this regularly when walking or exercising. It seems to warm up your core faster to help you start to sweat. It’s easy to use and I have thrown in the washing machine and hung it to dry and it seems to be exactly as it was when I pulled it out of the Amazon package.

It work and it’s long and wide enough.

I really love exercising with this. It stays in place and help me sweat alot. Very good buy came well packaged.

I had to let it sit in the garage for 3 weeks before I could think about trying it out. The chemical was so potent it made me nauseous, even after a run through the washing machine. When finally able to try it out, I wasn't super impressed.

I love the comfort it gives when working out

it is just a belt you will sweet but this is not a magic pill to get you skinny I wear it when I hike or lift and I feel it intensifies those workouts. And it was like $10

Really good waist trainer. I love that you can sweat without putting directly on skin contact. You can wear on skin or on top of clothing and still sweat.

As soon as I opened it I had to rush it out to the garage. It has a horrible formaldehyde type smell. Wish I had read the negative reviews before purchasing.
