I have worn dozen and I was on my wits end. Till I found this pair. They fit perfect just follow easy to use instruction. The thickness isn't too much so you can fit your feet back in your trainers. Performance they are so comfy I ran longer and the pain in my heel is gone. Great value for money

Comfy but unsure how much support it actually gives. Would recommend for minor issues.

Fits well in to my trainers, only used on a treadmill and they are very comfortable and reduce the impact on my knees, I would recommend them.

Only worn twice, so unable to provide a sound judgement but the insoles do appear to be a marked improvement on the ones that came with my walking trainers. I wanted extra support so hopefully they will provide that, I did a lot of research and these seemed the best value compared to what they gave you. However would be better if they come in exact sizes.

Easy fit and very comfortable under foot.

Provides decent comfort for long walks and standing.Works well for those needing moderate support.Fits well in trainers and work boots, I've got a pair in both and they've been much better.Takes some time to break in so be patient as initially not so comfortable.
