BASICFIL PLA 1.75mm, 1 kg, 3D printing filament , Orange

Basicfill is my go-to 3d filament. I always buy them as I noticed their 1kg spool is cheaper than everyone else and also in high quality. I have tried them on 3 different 3d printers, Flashforge Finder, Creality CR10S and the FLSUN QQS Delta. All printed it well with no issues whatsoever. It has never jammed on me and oritns very good every time. Just make sure to print on around 210 degrees and if you have a heated bed then it works really well on the Creality cr10s at 60 and FLSUN QQS at 70 degrees.

It is so easy to create clean models with a slightly mat finish which looks really great.

It created some great prints, i mainly used it for large terrain for wargaming but also used it for small miniatures and the results were not bad for a MFD filament printer though you can tell more on small minis, the extrusion was very good

Actually bought this to make visors for the NHS during lockdown. The Prusa RC3 visor was printed at 0.3 resolution so it wasn't asking a lot of the filament. That said, I printed a whole 1kg with no clogs , no jamming and no adhesion problems. I thought the shade of green was a nice shade and would have been good had I any left for St Patrick's day. All in all I would buy again.

*edit* I ordered two reels at the same time. Undone the second reel to see if it had any tangles in it. And lowe and behold it did! Absolutely useless.I design and sell items using my 3D printers. I go through filament. I used AMZ3D. I've tried the 500g reel of Red which was alright but these. Are. Shockingly bad. Will be returning to AMZ3D.Do not buy this filament. While the quality of the prints are good and the adhesion is as well. The reel is riddled with tangled filament.So it looks good and prints well but you have to either A untangle it all before printing or B, be there watching it for new tangles appearing.

This PLA is rather good. I had no issues with printing the joint for my mates photo prop. I was not expecting much but it really did the job rather well on my Wanhao Duplicator i3. The quality is really good. I tend to print with 216 nozzle and no bed heating. Hope it helps someone

BasicFil is actually a great filament for the price, comparable to Amazon Basics (more expensive and rising) filaments.It gives very strong prints and prints at the 'usual' temperatures, 200° nozzle 50° - 60° bed on a CR-10S type printer.

Have gone through around 15 reels of this filament.Can not fault it at all.It's my go to on a weekly basis.Have used black, blue, red, white..All have yielded great resultsUsually print at 200-220 depending on ambient temperature in room.Bed at 60-70.

C'est le pire filament que j'ai jamais acheté, en cette période de confinement j'y ai passé 3 jours pour le faire adhérer, j'ai essayé tout les réglage possibles et imaginable. J'ai essayé avec un bed allant de 50 à 80 degrés par palier de 5, une tête d'impression allant de 200 à 235 par pallier de 5 aussi et impossible à faire adhérer au plateau (en verre)Et même quand j'ai réussi à le faire adhérer un minimum en passant des heures sur les réglages du offset en fin d'impression ça donne une qualité dégueulasse et le filament se délite, je comprend que les couches ne collent pas entre elles.Imprimante : ender 3Ventilatzur : noctuaBl touch : ouiEn bref n'achetez pas, perte d'argent et de temps !

Tras hacer varias pruebas, incluso con otras marcas, llego a la conclusión que este filamento es de muy mala calidad. LLevo imprimiendo más de tres años y he probado de todo, pero este es horrible. Se adhiere bien a la cama, pero cuando empieza a levantar capas, estas no se adieren entre ellas, con lo que a los 15 minutos de la impresión tienes que parar y tirar lo que llevas hecho. Al menos, esto me pasa con piezas por las que el fusor tiene que desplazarse por mucha superficie de placa. He probado subiendo y bajando temperaturas, activando refrigeración de capas y desactivándolo. La verdad que es la primera vez que me pasa esto a este nivel !

Mein erster Druckversuch gelang auf Anhieb (Anycubic i3 Mega - Heatend 200° C, Heizbett 65° C, Layerhöhe 0,15 mm, Geschwindigkeit 40 mm/sec.)Das Ergebnis ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Die u.a. gedruckte 5mm Rändelschraube (s. Foto) ist etwas untermaßig (4,9 mm). Dafür flutscht sie tiptop in die ebenfalls gedruckte Gewindebuchse (Konstruktionsmaß 5,4mm - konnte ich leider nicht nachmessen, da die Buchse verdeckt ist), ohne zu wackeln und lässt sich (mit Gefühl) gut handfest anziehen.Bislang waren alle meine Filamente im Druck beim Außendurchmesser durchschnittlich 0,15 - 0,20 mm zu weit, dafür bei Bohrungen in gleichem Maß zu eng.Das Objekt haftete (mit 8mm Brim) auch in erkaltetem Zustand noch bombenfest auf der Druckplatte und musste mit sanfter Gewalt, jedoch ohne Werkzeug, entfernt werden. So können auch mit ziemlicher Gelassenheit dünne, hohe Objekte gedruckt werden. Das Ergebnis erscheint schwarz-glänzend.Das Filament kam in einem stabilen Karton verpackt, der in dünner Kunststofffolie eingeschweißt war.Die Rolle selbst ist nochmals, unter Beigabe eines Tütchen SilicaGels, in dünner Kunststofffolie eingeschweißt. und augenscheinlich sauber gerollt. Bei meinem insgesamt 4-Stunden-Druck kam es zu keinerlei Problemen.

Diese Rolle "Rot" ist - zumindest am Anfang- bisher recht sauber gewickelt, hat ein schönes leuchtendes Rot mit leichtem Seidenglanz und lässtsich sehr gut verarbeiten.Ich verstehe eigentlich die ganzen 1-2 Sterne Bewertungen nicht.Das ist meine vierte Rolle die ich verarbeite (schwarz, weiß, gelb, rot). Ich drucke aauf meinem Anycubic Mega 3 S mit 195-200 Grad am Hotend und 60 Grad am Bett.Bei jeder neuen Rolle drucke ich erst mal die beim Anycubic mitgelieferte G- Datei "Zwei Eulen". Dies ist ein sehr filigraner Druck, und das BASICFIL hällt da jeden Vergleich mit anderen Markenfilamenten die ich bisher verarbeitet habe aus.Einzig die Wicklung ist bei den Rollen oft unterschiedlich, bei einer Rolle z.B. fing das Filament bei der Hälfte an zu klemmen (die Windungen überlagerten sich) und ich mußte erst mal ein paar Meter von Hand abrollen, bishe läuft diese Rolle aber gut.

Premier filament acheté suite à l'achat de mon imprimante 3D.Comme souvent, début difficile dans le monde de la 3D, mais, apres quelques modifications de l'imprimante (BL TOUCH, et Plateau en verre trempé), j'ai imprimé 2 Kg du filament de la marque sans aucun soucis.Le problème ne venait donc pas du Filament, mais, de mon inexpérience et de l'imprimante (plateau voilé)La qualité des objets 3D est au RDV.Selon mon expérience personnelle, et cela n'engage que moi, avec une Geeetech a20m / plateau verre / BlTouch, je recommande ce produit dont la qualité est nettement suppérieur à un fil plus cher récemment commandé.
