i have enjoyed this book it was lovely

Very good story and as I have a rescue dog. I can share the experience.

I obviously didn't read the reviews properly when I bought this as i thought it was a 'grown up' book in the Jon Katz series............. however, that said - I found it easy to follow and when shared with a neighbours 9yr old it was declared 'fab'!! Particularly 'liked' were the 'progress reports' and the photos of the dog. I 'lost' it one star as I feel the picture on the front should have been of Devon and not some nameless puppy............. Devon was 2yrs old when Jon got him - not a new pup........... and photos of him (looking just as gorgeous as the pup) are available and could have been used.

The book was bought for my 10 year old daughter. She really enjoyed the story and has now bought other books by the author.
