No more cold numb fingers in the winter!
Really pleased with these gloves, they are worth paying the extra money for as very good quality and I feel like they will last a long time. The batteries are small and light and I don't really notice them. Got to test them on a bike ride today at -1C and couldn't believe how warm my hands were; I only needed to use the lowest heat setting. I wear another pair of waterproof gloves over the top. Bought these as I'm going to Lapland soon so I can't wait to have warm hands in the snow! These come with the european plug so if you're in UK you'll need an adapter.

Three Stars
They seem well made, but returned because they didn't fit my hand properly, so cannot pass any judgement, sorry.

Battery dead after 2 months and poor customer service
My boyfriend got me those gloves for Christmas as I suffer from Raynaulds. The gloves themselves are great, although the batteries need to be charged quite a lot and are quite bulky. The gloves have a 6 month warranty. 2 weeks ago one of the batteries stopped charging itself. I sent an email to the email address on the warranty form (it is all in German by the way) and received an email back a few days after asking me to send another email to a given address and request a new battery. I did so but the email bounced back. I sent another email to the original email address for advice on what to do as my email had bounced back.....so far no news and that was about 4 days ago. I am still unable to use one of the gloves and not sure when this will be resolved. Based on the price you would not only expect the batteries to be a bit sturdier (only lasted 2 months) but also the customer service and warranty process to be more efficient. Not impressed.
