Protective Case for HiBy Digital M300 Music Player

I kind of expected to be disappointed by this case. The description photos make it look like it has the color of rubber bands or gum erasers. I ordered it anyway since there is no other choice if you want a case for the HiBy M300. That's right- I could find no alternative. I was surprised that the case is quite attractive in a clear smoky finish. It fits very tightly. All openings are in the proper place and buttons operate the same way as without the case. It gives the player a more substantial hold with its hard rubber texture. Keep a cloth available to deal with lots of palm and fingerprints.

Amazingly soft but highly protective cover for the MP3 player. There is no obstruction of the player buttons or screen. Everything functions properly and smoothly.

Very, very tight fit. I was afraid to tear it. But now that it’s on, I am very happy with it.

This case fits like a glove, but there is a design flaw in the button area. The little nubbins inside are slightly too long and WILL cause interference.My only solution was to do a rather poor job of cutting the button area out with my roommate's dull X-Acto knife.I have to wedge the tip of my finger into the holes and use my fingernail to press the buttons now, but they finally work properly. I can also stick the M300 in my pocket and not have to worry about a sudden spike in volume because the case pressed a button.Don't mind my fingerprints. French fries are greasy little buggers and don't help with photo reviews. Anyway, I think the translucent smoky gray looks kind of neat. It's just a shame about those buttons. At least this case is somewhat cheap.

The media could not be loaded. The build quality and fit are nice, the tightness on the fit is pretty good so it’s gonna be hard to take off at times, but overall this is a good case, I’ve dropped my M300 twice so far and nothing has happened to it.

fits perfectly and protects quite well. All buttons and ports are easily accessible.

Works good and feels better to hold than without a case. Same flaw as others mentioned but it took all of about 3 minutes to cut out the volume and change track buttons. The layer is super thin where the buttons are so it’s easy to just run an exacto around the edge. Didn’t even have to cut out the power one because that one wasn’t giving me issue. Case fits even better since it’s not resting on those buttons. If you don’t mind taking a blade to the case you spent 9 whole dollars on, then it’s totally fine. 👍
