Can only describe this item as a game changer, that's comes from my wife, happy wife,happy life.. it took a job of manually grating carrots from an hour for the best tasting carrot cake in the north west, to less than 10 mins and no knucke skin included, nice and quick and fresh and easy to use and clean up when finished. As well as other adaptive slicing, dicing attatchments to make this chore a delight..

No doubt this tool slices and grates many things satisfactorily, but we bought it for one purpose. That is grating pecorino cheese, for which it failed utterly. The fine grating plates deformed and broke on the second use, so the implement is useless to us. By this time, I had disposed of the packaging, so I can't return it. This is a poor quality instrument for an expensive price. Maybe we'll find some other use for it. Back to hand grating. Update: The seller replaced the grating plates that failed. We now have a complete device again but have not used it since then. This is good service but we dare not use the plates for this sort of cheese.

Core Plastic part is broken. Entire machine become useless.

This item was a more robust piece than I anticipated. I returned it because one of the attachments was broken I assume during the transit to me. I never actually got to use it seemed as though it would be quite efficient for use. Some of the attachments seemed to be potentially fragile given the condition on arrival but I can't say for sure whether it was due to fragility or handling. Given the cost and size I would like tovthinn this item is durable but I wouldn't be able to say for sure until I repurchase; IF I repurchase.
