The reel functions very well
The reel operation is smooth and the drag system is great. My original order had to be replaced because the digital line counter didn't work, so the jury is still out for me with regard to its reliability. If the first reel's failure was an anomaly, then this reel will represent a great deal for the money.

For the price it does what it needs to do. Being battery operated is a pain, and I am concerned about anything electronic that gets used in water.

This should be a great kokanee downrigger reel! Easy to set up the line counter. Solid reel with smooth drag system. Very good price too.
