These balloons were absolutely perfect for our friends’ gender reveal! The jumbo black balloons are huge and really make the moment exciting, and the pink/blue powder inside looked amazing when it popped. The colors were bright, vibrant, and showed up so well in photos. Everything was easy to set up and worked exactly as expected—such a fun and memorable way to celebrate!

This gender reveal balloon kit worked as advertised. The balloons are extra tough and there was no risk of popping early. The kit came with enough powder of each color to do 2+ if you wanted to. We tested with 1 balloon and then did another. After that we still had enough to do another gender reveal later. One thing I'd recommend is using a dollar store funnel or make a quick funnel out of a sheet of paper to get the powder in easily. Once in blow up the balloon and tie it closed. Then shake it all around to get the powder spread inside. 10/10

Worked really well. We put the balloon on my husbands exhaust pipe of his Harley Davidson. I only wished it came with more than just two balloons. We did a test run and then the real thing

This gender reveal balloon was exactly what we hoped for! It was large, durable, and easy to fill with powder. The black surface completely hid the color inside until the big pop — such a fun surprise! The powder burst out beautifully and made for amazing photos. Highly recommend for anyone planning a gender reveal!

Husband is an avid deer hunter and this balloon served its purpose for a cute Buck or Doe gender reveal. This balloon is HUGE. We were using a helium tank to fill it in an attempt to get it to float (side bar- it will not float, the powder is too heavy) and ran out of helium before we were even close to getting it the maximum size. If you’re wanting a big balloon, look no further! I was concerned with not having enough powder, I expected I would need more in order to get a big, colorful pop but the small amount of supplied powder did the job and no one had any difficulty seeing even so far away. Left zero residue and no clean up, except for the balloon or course. Love that it comes with both girl and boy. I was able to fill both balloons before our event, label, and place in a back bedroom for my cousin to easily grab the correct one when the time came without anyone having to take the time or worry about filling just one balloon right before. Bonus, the kids got to play with the unused one and loved getting to bounce and kick it around (it was surprisingly durable and lasted an hour and half of fun from a 2, 4, and 5 year old before it ultimately met its demise).

Popped via arrow. It was very sunny so we made sure people stood with their backs to the sun so that they could see better. We risked it and dumped all of the powder, plus additional glitter we bought at the dollar store into one balloon and this was the explosion that it yielded. It was enough to do the trick but was not a monster explosion! After reading other reviews though, I’m wondering if it’s because we did not shake them on before we popped up… It had been resting secured for a while. We made sure we wiped the balloon down after filling and tying it gently because there was powder left on it but it was not see through. Very fun and to the point.

Do not buy these. All three broke before we even had a chance to do the gender reveal and it ruined the entire event. One popped on its own on the five minute car ride to the location…and let me tell you, it was a horrible mess to clean up. It also was very difficult to put the powder in the balloons. Expensive and not worth it at all. Do something else or order a different product.
