Bakuchiol Face Serum for Face, Bakuchiol Retinol Alternative Serum,Smoothing Serum with Hyaluronic Acid & Peptide Sensitive Skin Serum, Anti Aging & Wrinkle Serum, 1Fl.Oz

I bought this serum on March 11, and it is now March 29. I absolutely LOVE IT!! I’ve been cleaning up my skin care and leaning more towards naturally occurring ingredients over synthetically-made ingredients. This serum feels great on my skin and doesn’t leave any sensitivity. With summer around the corner and warmer weather flooding in, I wanted something that wasn’t going to make me sun-sensitive and create sunspots (like retinol does). I also don’t want to inject any Botox. It’s still too soon to say I’ve seen a smoothing of my fine lines but I’m hopeful I’ll see results with continued use over the course of a few months. I did some research and this study I’ve attached shows: RESULTS: “ Bakuchiol and retinol both significantly decreased wrinkle surface area and hyperpigmentation, with no statistical difference between the compounds. The retinol users reported more facial skin scaling and stinging.” and CONCLUSION: “ Our study demonstrates that bakuchiol is comparable with retinol in its ability to improve photo-ageing and is better tolerated than retinol. Bakuchiol is promising as a more tolerable alternative to retinol. © 2018 British Association of Dermatologists.” <- this was copy pasted from the study summary. The 2nd ingredient is bakuchiol so you know that you’re getting a proper dose of this natural ingredient. I ABSOLUTELY recommend this to everyone I know and love! Very mild and I love the scent. Did not see any difference but perhaps need to use it longer. Very easy to apply and makes skin soft.

I have only just started to use this product, ( I had to finish my previous product first ) .. so I cannot give an honest review as yet …. Give me more time & I will … but saying that, the texture of this serum is nice ( not sticky ) & applies to my skin smoothly, … fingers crossed that I can write a detailed & honest review ASAP …

I have been using it for over a month. I like the texture, it is very light and it has been good with my acne-prone skin. I have not seen big differences so far. I will buy it again and keep trying.

Great for face and neck

I'm so happy that I took a chance on this serum. Had been wanting to try Bakuchiol as a retinol alternative for a while. This serum has no odour which I love, and is a blue colour. You can easily control the amount of serum used with the dropper. This applies so easily to your skin giving a silky soft feeling and the serum absorbs easily into skin with no sticky residue at all. My skin feels hydrated and soft afer using this serum. For 30ml it appears good value. Ingredients seem clean. I've been using this on face, neck and chest and time will tell if it makes me look 10 years younger, fingers crossed.
