Excellent.
Initially I received a canister, I raised some issues with the seller. They immediately sent a replacement which was of excellent quality. The after sales support is second to none. They are a medium sized family owned company which takes its service quality very seriously and upholds quality and customer service standards. I recommend this company and if you are in the business of oxygen dispensary this is the seller to use. Thank you so much.

Excellent Customer Care after a faulty batch.
After deep disappointment with a faulty canister, I was surprised and delighted to receive a replacement by return of post. Subsequently I have had the best customer service I could expect, and so I have come back to amend my feedback. I have confidence in their explanation of the fault in the first order and so ordered the same product for an elderly friend who wants to try oxygen as I did.

Great whilst it lasted.
Tried these out, we purchased because my partner gets very short of breath when walking, also oxygen levels can dip during the night. The tanks don’t contain a lot of oxygen, they did raise and stabilise oxygen levels but we were conscious about using it all.We are waiting on test results and just thought they may help until the results are known. Unfortunately they ran out and we still have no results. Great whilst it lasted.

Very Disappointed
The canister worked for a couple of times and then stopped even though it’s full. Tried to contact them through Amazon but that didn’t work. I only wanted a replacement as the one I got was faulty. Very disappointed

First one was faulty but resolved straight away
Purchased this and it arrived yesterday. It doesn’t work. It literally worked for about 10 breaths. It’s either faulty or wasn’t full.Update- the seller sent a new one straight away which works. They called me to ask if it was resolved. Great customer service.

Probably the best of the canned oxygen products. The customer service was excellent when I had delivery problems.
