I underestimated this at first, I even submitted a returns and bought a different brand's version. (The other brand was seriously abysmal) I decided I might have missed something. Did 20 minutes of troubleshooting and found the 12v adaptor of my car wasn't sitting properly - fixed that, fixing the disconnecting-reconnecting issue and the static. I really didn't like the spinning RGB lights, especially at night. Re-reading both user manuals, there is infact an option to disable them (and it doesnt reset when power is lost) The microphone is good enough for in-car calls. The buttons have a premium feel and the response is instant (as in, no latency to skip/pause songs etc) My only gripe is that it talks when pairing. I'd rather it beep. But for 13-14 pound, this is an excellent device. Just make sure the power supply is in good condition. All in all this a simple, great, cheap alternative when you don't have BT in your car as default.

A nice bit of kit for those cars that don’t support music streaming. I have an Audi a4 Allroad that aupports Bluetooth calls but not music which is why I bought this item. The device has clear instructions but its very simple set up. The sound is clear as if it were part of the cars media system really happy with it. A compact design that does have a rgb light but that can be turned off by holding the centre button. No issues with connecting and it has a voice activated message to let you know it’s active when you get in the car and turn on the ignition.

Works amazingly well. Been using for several weeks now around 4 hours a day and it has been faultless. Audio quality is very good for music and calls using aux into a older ford Fiesta.

This is a nice looking Bluetooth to aux-in adapter which looks very nice attached to the dashboard using the supplied 3M adhesive pad. A spare pad is provided for relocation. The unit powers up as soon as it gets 5V from the USB. Pairing with two Bluetooth devices is straightforward and it provides LED & voice cues during the process and when connecting. Note that only one client can be streaming at any one time though. The unit comes with a captive cable that splits to two half way down, one to a USB-A plug for power and the other a 3.5mm stereo plug for the aux-in connector on the car radio. This makes the dashboard cabling a little neater but the total lengths are a little stingy and I had to add a 3.5mm extension to reach the aux-in on my partner's Skoda Roomster which is behind the handbrake between the front seats, a not-unusual configuration. Operation is simple using the five large buttons and the microphone on the unit works well in hands-free mode, although we never take or make calls while driving as this is dangerous even where not illegal. The only annoyance is the LED ring that animates a bright colour carousel display when powered up and connected. During the day this isn't much of a problem but at night it is a major distraction on the dash. I'm going to have to use some lacquer to reduce the brightness.

Easy to use, size is nice and compact, great if you're car doesn't have Bluetooth (mine does have Bluetooth but only for calls) but it's not just for playing music as you can make calls with it also so win win, connectivity is a breeze and its great for playing Spotify as you can skip, pause without touching your phone (naughty naughty lol) it is usb powered so if u don't have a USB port you'll need a 12v USB plug

One star just became you can play music from your phone. If you want to have phone calls, the person on the other end will have to suffer weird background noises and robotic woice from your side. You though, will have a decent reception but you will annoy the other people to no end. I have connected my personal and work phone and tried my partner's phone also with the same result: during calls, the other person will barely hear me or have a very bad time understanding me. Edit: the device has died after two months of use. The last week the device has constantly suffered from rogue disconnecting issues.

Such a cool little product. The wire is quite long, which for my car is a great help as my cigarette power port is too low down to get many of the other Bluetooth devices as I wouldn't be able to reach it. Functions are easy and simple to use. Volume up/down. Skip through your song playlist backward and forward. The button you use to answer calls can also be used to pause your music. Setup: simply plug in the aux and USB into your car, pair the Bluetooth to your phone, begin playing music and you are all set up. Comes with 2 x double sided sticky pads so that you can conveniently place it. They stick very well ans when I lifted mine off the dash for the first time after a few months, no residue was left behind to clean up. Excellent value for your money. Have recommended this to many people.
