I have made my own tortillas for !any years, I lobe my Victoria tortilla press for corn tortillas( my favorites). This book has many variations on basic flour and corn tortillas, as well as gluten free and whole grand varieties. There are many useful recipes for using both homemade and store bought tortillas, as well as discussion of when to use fresh homemade tortillas or store bought tortillas. I highly recommend this book.

I have a crimping tool. This cookbook really isn't a simple one for that. It is a good cookbook for someone who is more serious though

A Great Resource
This little book is my go to for what to put in tortillas or serve with them - helps me decide how to put a meal together. I can now make my own black or pinto beans and red rice that my family really enjoys. I particularly like the recipe for slightly spicy shredded chicken and chicken broth - they are wonderful for enchiladas, quesadillas, and nachos.
