Could have been that my closed loop water system has antifreeze in the water, could be the product is garbage like the others said bottom line is it did not completely freeze the water in the pipe. I think it did freeze some (and I used almost all 300 ounces of the product. Most disturbing about this product is that it set off our Freon detector system. The Freon detector system triggers an alarm when the Freon level in the room is above a safe level. Both the R-134a and R-22 detectors went into alarm - significantly into alarm. The detected level was 2-3 times higher than the safe level. God knows how this might affect people in a fairly enclosed area (the room I was in is about 40 feet x 40 feet).
