High Quality, Easy to Assemble, Gears and Brakes Calibrated right out of the Box
We purchased this bike for a donation to the YMCA Christmas gifts for underprivileged children. This bike was fairly easy to assemble. The gears seemed to be calibrated right out of the box. The bike was sturdy, and without a single blemish. Everyone that came through the "Y" and saw the bike thought it was cute and of high quality. My wife wants me to buy her the 26 inch in blue green.

Nice Bike, Worth The Price
This bike ended up being better than anticipated. The reviews varied, so I was hesitant to purchase initially, but I'm happy that I picked it up. The assembly was super easy, the instructions are clear and easy to follow and even though I used my own tools, it comes with a nice selection for anyone that may need them for building the bike or future maintenance. Some silicone grease can help with assembly and function but it's not included. Otherwise, once complete you'll only need to adjust the seat and handlebar height as well as the lever positions to the rider. Air up the tires and you're ready to ride. Probably the most difficult part will be adjusting the front brake (maybe the rear too if yours is not adjusted properly) simply because linear pull brakes can be a little finicky, but even-so, we're talking another couple minutes. After a couple rides I'd grab your tools and verify everything is still tight and adjusted properly just like you'd do with any other bike, pre-assembled or not. The color (white) was applied well, no scratches, dings or bubbles. All parts are durable and worth the price of the bike. The multiple speed shift selector had me a little concerned that it would take a bit of time for my kiddo to get used to, along with now using hand brakes, but they picked it up right away. I'm told the seat is very comfortable as-is the rider position. We opted for the rear rack as well, which comes in handy all the time. I'd say this bike is well worth the price and if taken care of, should last for a long time. Should anything change, I will update this review.

Genuinely a well made bicycle.
I was very pleasantly surprised, this is so, so much better than a department store bike. We got the 24 inch for my neighbor's little girl since she had outgrown her garbage walmart bike and her mom couldn't afford a new bike. I did a lot of research, I wanted something she liked, but also had gears so she could climb the hills around our neighborhood, and was made decently so I could actually maintain the thing for the 2-4 years until she outgrows it. Out of the box, it needed really nothing. Setup was a breeze, the derailleur shifted great right out of the box with no tuning needed, the wheels were true, the headset smooth and not loose, brakes felt good enough, no stripped anything, and it's just the right size for an 11 year old girl, she has a fair amount of room to grow with it. Still, if you're not familiar with tuning up a bicycle, just take it to a bike shop and pay them to set it up. Your kid will appreciate it. This bike is worth the investment, it's so much better than cheap walmart trash. And for god's sakes, get your kid a REAL, GOOD HELMET that they like the style of. Your kid's head is worth $50-100. Pick out a few different helmets with MIPS protection and let them pick the one they like. The style that goes with this bike is going to be by the brand "thousand" and their helmets are very high quality, and a kid about the size of the 24 inch bike will easily fit a small size.

Well Built Bike Except Kickstand
Great 20" bike that is well built and the Granddaughter loves it! The supplied kickstand is difficult to use, it takes a lot of force to kick it back. Very unique design that does NOT work for a child's bike. So replace it with a standard one: VECKUSON Kickstand for Kids 20" Bike was easy to install and granddaughter can easily operate it. Otherwise this is a 5 star bike.

Exactly as pictured
This bike is perfect for my 10 year old. She loves it! The basket is so awesome and it was relatively easy to assemble. The only thing I don’t like at all is the kickstand. My daughter has to physically get off the bike to put the kickstand back up. It has an thingy you have to push to close it. That’s annoying. Other than that tiny issue, it’s a great bicycle and so cute. Exactly like the picture.

Beautiful bike
Wow, this is a great bike! It is beautiful. Granddaughter is in love! Very easy to finish putting it together. One of the tires did have a hole in it. We replaced the tube and glued/taped the tire to be able to give as gift. Contacted seller, they responded right away with a new tire on its way to us. Granddaughter understood, was able to ride. Very happy with this purchase from the quality of the bike to the very helpful seller!

Very Nice Looking Bike
We purchased the 20" Missy for our daughter, who is seven years old and 51" tall. We had considered going with the next size up but decided against it. It was a good choice because we had to put the seat on this bike into its lowest position. The bike seems very well made. However, it's more difficult to assemble than advertised. A few items (e.g., the front brakes and the rear gears cassette) needed some fine-tuning adjustments. I would guess that some of the complaints from other reviewers (e.g., slipping gears) are related to not making these adjustments. If you are familiar with bikes, these items will be pretty straightforward. If you're unfamiliar with bikes and don't enjoy the assembly process for toys and other new things for your child, you should follow the advice on the box itself and take it to a local bike mechanic for assembly. Overall, the bike is the same quality as much more expensive bikes that we looked at in local bike shops. As you can see from the pictures, it has a great "look," and our daughter liked it when we surprised her with it. The basket was a hit. We appreciate her stepping up to hand brakes and a bike with multiple gears. We are pleased with this purchase and recommend it to other parents looking for a nice bike for their child.

DO NOT BUY
Here's my real life experience review. I bought Glerc Missy 24 Inch bike for my daughter. I put it together using the tools that came with the bike and the help of the video on amazon. It's not easy putting it together, it's a long process. Overall this bike is not as sturdy and long lasting as it looks. It's a total disappointment and not worth it. I felt deceived into buying 2 of them, very unfortunate. I will be sending them back, I am not taking anymore chances with them and endanger my children. This is very unfortunate and I am extremely disappointed in the issues I encountered with this bike. I choose this bike over another one and now I really regret that choice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GLERC. The handle bar turns and twists as my daughter is riding the bike, even though it is tightened effectively and accordingly. The hand break squeaks a lot and loud and does not fully stop the bike. The kickstand is great but it is extremely hard to manage on both bikes. As stated above, I do not recommend this bike to anyone. Look for another one. SP

Perfect bike to transition
Considering how tough it was to find a 24” wheel bike, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this bike. It was really easy to assemble, and my kid absolutely loves it. Not going to be great for much outside city style cruising, but as long as there is no plan to take it on trails this bike is perfect for street or sea wall type strolls.

Love it
Delivery time was very fast and my husband put the bike together in under an hour without using the instructions, lol. He didn't see them until the end. The bike is spectacular, I feel like a million bucks riding it. I've had multiple compliments from complete strangers while riding, everyone loved how it looks. I find the seat very comfortable and changing gears is a breeze. I bought the white bike and am so happy with my purchase.
