They are stretchable. They’re very durable and very warm. Looking forward to use them when it gets very cold here in Western New York. they’re worth the money. I don’t see any pockets online though they said it supposed to have pockets but I don’t see any pockets. There’s no scenes except for in the leg And that smell I can say about them. I do like them. I do recommend them, especially if you’re in a high cold weather, the fleecing inside is very nice and very warm and very soft.
