My wife suffers from insomnia because her engine is super revved up all day, at red line you could say, with mentally demanding demands such as kids, double kids, sacks of kids, school, nursing school, school of life, and much more....so when the brief opportunity to sleep or rest presents itself, when the coast is clear, when the silence is louder than a firecracker, booom it's wide awake time suddenly. She tried Herbal Slumber and it worked for her. Maybe it's a placebo or maybe the Valerian and melatonin tincture conjured up by these folks is magic. Like a doctor from puffy cloud rainbow land prescribed it just for you. Special mixture indeed. It worked so well for her I had to give it a shot. I'm the #1 skeptic, trained in the fine art of skepticism & and it knocked me slap out in 30 minutes. They work exactly as you would hope, making one drowsy after about a half hour and then allowing for restful sleep with no hangover in the morning. Even better, the Amazon price is $7 / bottle more inexpensive than the health food store, a little something I found out when I noticed that we were out and my schedule wouldn't let me stop in to pick up a fresh bottle.My only note of concern would be that my mother sometimes wakes up to use the bathroom during the night and even has conversations with me but can't recall any of that in the morning.
