The actual pad part of the bandage is slightly less than 1" X 2" so they only cover an area about the same size as a "regular" bandage. Good adhesion and I have used them for (too) long a time and haven't developed any reaction to the adhesive. Decent price. Review: My dermatologist uses these bandages, and I'm a fan. I have a real sensitivity to a lot of the adhesives used on other brands, so when I had to have some lasering done on my collarbone, I needed a bandage that was large enough to cover the area but also easy enough to remove, since the dressing needs to be changed daily. This size is perfect and is adequately padded to protect the wound.
