I would definitely purchase again
This helped with my upset stomach; however, I would've wanted more in the bottle. It was overall easy to swallow although the capsuple weren't very small.

Reaction that doesn’t occur with gummy form
I had tried the Lemme Debloat gummies and liked their effect. I normally take a digestive enzyme pill as well so I figured I would try these and save myself some money. First few days I noticed almost a reverse of the gummies. Bloating came back and the scale kept ticking up like I was holding onto water weight. About a week in and I started breaking out in hives. I didn’t connect the dots at first because I had already been taking the gummies with no issue. The hives got worse few a few days before I realized that capsules are a bit different than the gummies. Be forewarned that some people might do just fine on the gummies but have an issue with these.
