I was ordering for my baby and they were supposed to be size 3 toddler and they were big enough to almost fit me and I wear a 6 in womens

Super cute rainboots but they seem to run small. I recommend 2 sizes bigger to allow for growth. The fins on theb ack of the boots were my favorite.
