Zero stars. My battery pack actually blew up while charging. It would have burnt my whole house down. I got lucky that i was NOT USING IT at the time, and that i was at home in another room so i ran and was able to put the fire out. It burned my bed and the company won’t take ANY RESPONSIBILITY.

This power bank, which initially seemed like a solid choice, unfortunately failed after just six months of regular use. Initially, it performed well, providing a reliable charge for my devices. The capacity was sufficient for my iPhone phone, and the charging speed was decent. I appreciated the compact design, which made it easy to carry around. The Problem & Lack of Support 😥 The issues started with the power bank holding less of a charge. Over a few weeks, its capacity seemed to diminish significantly. The final straw came when it stopped charging entirely. The device now has a perplexing and frustrating problem: when plugged in, all the indicator lights blink continuously, suggesting it's taking a charge. When I unplug it, however, it's completely dead and won't power any devices. Plugging it back in immediately shows all lights lit up, as if it's fully charged, which is clearly not the case. This behavior makes it completely useless as a portable power source. Adding to the frustration is the complete lack of product support. Not easy to chase customer support *************** Updates **************** Initially, I had given this product a lower rating because my wireless power bank stopped working. However, after I contacted the company, their customer service was excellent. They quickly scheduled a pickup for the faulty power bank and sent me a brand-new replacement. I'm very impressed with their service and am happy with the new product.

After very limited use for one year ( max 30 charging cycles ) the wireless charger stopped working first and then the wired charger.( i had nover stored it in pty battery )

Which has 4500 mAh Battery S23 Fe Battery Capacity : - 4500 mAh, Powerbank Capacity : - 10000 mAh Wired Charge A to C (22.5W maximum) it's charged my phone 180% (1.8x times) in 2 Rounds. and Wireless Charge (15W maximum) 140% (1.4x times) in their 2 rounds it's charge my phone faster with Wired but wireless charging is average Wired Support Charged 1.5% per minute and wireless support charged 1% in 3.5 minutes Finally, Special Thanks to Portronics Team and Amazon too for such a superb product and fabulous service. I am very happy after bought this Awesome product in this cheap rate. Must Buy Guys
