Jane the Virgin, Season 3

Best programming in...well, ever
This is the final season of Jane the Virgin and I have been sad since episode one of season 5. So, I purchased seasons 1 - 4 and binged over the course of 2-weeks. I was amazed at how not one episode felt stale and every episode was fresh - as if though I were watching it for the first time. The writing is wonderful and the actors, including guest actors, are brilliantly talented. I expect to watch ever episode again and again.

How can I get my money back or a copy that works?
My daughter got this for a Christmas gift and tried to play it the other day....and it just pops back out!
