Watch the video carefully as it’s difficult to see how in one step, you need to actually remove the nut off the rod that goes on top to slide the top piece down, then put the nut back on to tighten everything up. Otherwise it’s extremely simple and looks gorgeous! The colors are beautiful and it’s clearly high quality and handmade. I also like how on the newer version, the placement and design of the power switch makes it easy to use with your foot. Worth the price! The bulbs are NOT INCLUDED so I’m linking the bulbs I purchased that were recommended to me and work perfectly with the lamp. - 7 GLOBE FLOOR LAMP: Our lamps are produced entirely by hand. Our colored mosaic glass is cut by hand. We never use painted glass. Mosaic glass, which is cut into small pieces, is glued in line with a certain design and turned into mosaic patterned spheres. The glass spheres we use are 5 inches wide.

I received the newer model which requires no wiring so it’s an extremely easy, five minute assembly process per lamp.
