I can't recommend Transparent Labs enough. I take Lean pre-workout before both heavy lifting and cardio workouts. I feel energized and focused, but never jittery or overhyped. I also love their Whey products and plan to try the Bulk preworkout for lifting days soon. All the TL products I've tried taste great as well.

The media could not be loaded. Transparent labs is our go to for many reasons, they’ve got the best and most organic selection of products and taste great and really work. My fiance and I have tried all the flavors and by far love blue raspberry the best! Little more expensive but I’d rather be confident in what’s going in my body. Size is good, lasts my fiancé and I about a month. Easily drinkable and gives us a ton of energy for a great workout!

Love this product! We've been searching for a better pre-workout and this was it! Taste is a little bit different, but we got used to it.

I tried this on a Friday and I got sick during my workout. Lightheaded, upset stomach. Did not attribute it to the product. Flash forward to Monday and had the same reaction. I will not try it again. I only use 1/2 a scoop, too.I have used their Bulk formula in the past and thought I would switch up and try this Lean formula. My mistake.Every body is different, this stuff may work for others. Won't work for me, trash bound.It does dissolve easily however after sitting for just a few days in the cabinet without the dessicant in the container the formula starts to get hard. Taste is okay. Value? Used about 1 scoop and threw it out, so real poor.****UPDATE**** I was contacted by the company within 24 hours of my review and they offered and provided me a full refund for this product. This was totally unsolicited on my part, they reached out to me. I certainly appreciate their understanding. I want to thank them for that.

So far it’s working great. I bought it because I need a little extra energy on some mornings. Even though it contains 180 g of caffeine I don’t end up jittery like some products.

Overall, good taste, not chalky, and no itchiness/tingling. Other than that, I can’t say this preworkout really gave me that boost. I have used the LEAN series and have used the entire container. I used the full scoop with water in the mornings before my workouts. I drug through them. Literally. Never really had an enhanced energy or performance level except the first week of taking it. I pushed through the entire container (a month’s worth) just to be sure it wasn’t me or my hormones acting wack with the different weeks. I have taken several pre workouts over the year - C4, Ghost, Beyond Raw LIT, Alani, Bloom, & more. This feels like another Alani or Bloom to me. Although better taste, the effect is just not there.

Good product and flavor. It can hurt your stomach if you just start taking it, so make sure you ease into it. It's hard to judge the effectiveness of preworkout supplements but it does feel like I'm not as tired at the end of a wStevie.My only problem is I wish they had a flavor without stevia.Overall it's a good preworkout that boosts my energy level during and after workous.
