It works well. They need to add some detail to their instructions. For example, in one place they say connect the wires to the motherboard. They don't illustrate well where that is, and they don't say you need to unscrew the wire connection cover first. Also, I have no idea what they mean by motherboard. They could have just attached a little sticker with a number or letter for that area, and said to attach it there. My kids are having a load of fun though!

I’m going to help you right now. The “motherboard” is hidden under a screwed on piece that wires are entering. You plug the other wires into those and reattach the plastic covering. Other than the frustration if trying to figure that out for way too long, it is cute and has worked so far. Wish it came assembled.

I’ve purchased a handful of claw machines for my daughter and friends as gifts. This was the worst by far. You literally have to put it together where others come fully assembled! I’ve assembled many complex items in life but this one got me! Connecting wires to the motherboard! Which requires major detective work to find and unscrew the panel to find the motherboard. After an hour of that, unfortunately it still didn’t work properly as the claw never closed to pick or attempt to pick up the toys. After hours of trying, and disappointment on the faces of the girls, I’ve decided to give up and do a return and buy another version where I’ve had better luck.

The sides were easy to put together. The wires at the top were confusing. The lights at the top don't work. The claw picks up toy. Seems cheap quality , not sure how long it will hold up. It was a gift from "Santa" so I can't just return it. The best part is it comes with some toys. My daughter loves it. So I guess it's a win for now.

I love the idea of this product. The claw shape is perfect, picks up items 50% of the time depending on who's playing. Which is good, you don't want it to be too easy or too hard. It plays a cute little tune and makes a sound when you win! The issue is that it's just made poorly and probably won't last more than a few years. I had to return the first one I received because the charge port was so finicky, I'm trying to be really gentle with this one. The claw system itself makes a cringe clicking/crunching noise...but it works. For now, I'm happy.

Difficult to put together, primarily connecting the processor. Very cute, decent size. Unfortunately I've had to return it after first use as the power drops out constantly due to the usb port being loose. Not a great build, but honestly I don't think many would be good builds

This thing was cheaply made which made it hard to put together and a few things broke during the process plus the claw itself is shoddy and barely grabs anything I absolutely regret this purchase and I would like this review to serve as a warning Do.Not.Buy.This

The grandkids love this machine however it has now stopped working. I has only been uses about a dozen times and has not been mistreated. It wasn’t the cheapest machine Amazon had so I thought it would have lasted longer.
