I would doubt that given the fit on a 200lb man.Drawstring of the hood not effective at all; would not recommend wearing in any amount of wind as hood will be blown over.

Bought these for a trip to Thailand in rainy season. Only needed them one day and kept me dry. They don’t breath much so it was hot wearing it that one day. Folded up small enough to carry in my chest sling bag.
