Missing Cables and Used product
I received this product today and paid for it in advance I’m also a prime member for 1 day delivery, when i received this capture card i opened it recorded unboxing video just in case and it seemed like the product was already used and was missing cables the seal of the product was already broken also, this is happening with a premium product imagine how they’re handling other products. Replacing this with the hopes of getting what i actually paid for a product with all the accessories and not used.
