The screen is nice and thick, it doesn't allow any light from the rear which means it is not suitable for rear projection. Great image, much better than projection on to a white wall (my first go). Dead easy to assemble. Looks the bizz. There was a bit if a wave in the material from top right to bottom left but I think this may have been because of a normally unnoticeable, uneven floor. Easy for one person to assemble but two people makes it easier still I have to take down after a film night. Timing myself to set up projector, screen and sound equipment took me 12 minutes, shorter time to take down - I wasn't rushing! Screen comes in a nice neat bag, with compartments for the support struts. In my experience the screen did not need to be set up for anytime before use, it was flat and fine from the unpacking. Good quality opaque material that does not crease easily.
