I really like these; they have a great texture and a very filling.

I thought the noodles were delicious but my husband did not like them.

First off these were exactly as expected for konjac noodles. If you've never had them before, the texture might throw you off, but I personally have always liked them and grew up eating similar noodles. They are an extremely springy bouncy type of noodle similar to rice or glass noodles. They have not much taste on their own but are excellent for Asian noodle dishes. You get 8 packets here, but the packets are relatively small. 2 make a good meal unless you want a very small meal. Low sodium and low carb, and only 5 calories per packet can't be beat. They are extremely easy to work with, just drain well and these noodles almost never overcook. You can boil them in soups or fry along with your other ingredients and sauce and not worry about it losing its bounciness.

I had very high hopes for these noodles - it's fabulous that they are individual pouches and already cooked - you need only heat them, toss them in soup or other recipes or use them cold. As soon as I pulled a single packet out of the box, I realized that I've had similar noodles before. They look like cooked ramen noodles (the 'spaghetti shaped') and are moist in their package. They are not for me - my superpower is an amazing sense of smell and these do not smell good to me, but my friend said I was crazy: they smelled like nothing at all and she took them off my hands so at least they won't go to waste. Convenient, ready to eat and individually portioned so a great product for low carb diets or other instances where you may need to portion. Recommended if you need gluten-free, organic noodles.
