No more pains
I was having difficulty sleeping at nights cause my neck and back hurt so much. I told my doctor about my problem and he advised me to change my pillow until I found the right one. I bought and tried so many different types of pillows and none of them helped. I was sick of spending so much time and money so I gave up looking and thought my doctor was wrong with his medical assessment. A week later, a friend told me about a Neck Pillow in Amazon. I searched it and thought it was strange looking at first but ordered it anyway. It felt a little uncomfortable the first hour, when I woke up, I couldn't believe I slept through the night and didn't have any pains. The neck pillow is the best. I love it.

Great pillow for cervical pain
I was recenly diagnosed with Cervical bone spurs and this pillow was recommended by my doctor. I sleep on my side mostly and wanted something with side support. The first night the pillow was hard to adjust to and it seemed very firm compared to my other pillow. I woke up without neck pain for the first in months and now I find the pillow to be perfect for me. It is a little firm but that is what I need to sleep on and sleeping on the wrong pillow for so long caused problems, now I finally have this pillow to help correct it. Being a side sleeper I find this gives perfect support without blocking my vision. I even use it while laying on the couch watching movies. It does take a little getting used to but once you do, it gives amazing support and a nice stretched neck feeling when you wake up in the morning.

Wonderful!
I was given this pillow by the chiropractor following a car accident. My husband stole it and fell in love so I purchased another. If you aren't a back sleeper, it takes some getting used to. However, since using this pillow I am getting a much more restful night of sleep!

the better!
It seems to support my neck very well. I have several bulging discs in my neck and recently had back surgery. It has been very difficult to find a comfy spot when going to sleep. I have to say that since I've gotten pillow, my neck doesn't hurt as much upon waking. That helps out a lot now since the less pain I have to deal with, the better!

Zzzzzz....
I have suffered from neck pain/spasms for many months, trying different solutions with no luck. Sleeping left me tossing and turning. I had tried the wave-shaped memory foam pillows before, but they were never comfortable to me. Thought I'd try this one, and so far I've been greatly pleased! The narrow chambers that your neck rests on are the right level of firmness, one is larger than the other so you can try each and determine which one is better for you. The sides are firm enough to cradle you if you roll over onto your side. I have experienced a more comfortable level of sleep since switching to this pillow (also verified by my FitBit sleep tracker). When I wake up in the morning, I have more range of motion in my neck than I have had in many months.

I am in Agony
I was looking for a pillow that would provide me support, as I am a side sleeper. Based on the reviews, I decided to give this one a try. I have been sleeping on it for about two weeks and if it were possible to give this pillow "zero stars" I would. While it's a great concept, it is poorly executed. It is overly firm (if that is even possible) / kind of like one of those swim noodles and it is much too high on ALL sides to be perfectly able to accommodate every body / and variable neck distance. The pictures imply that each side is different, and mine isn't. The pillow edge height is the same on all sides and the width is even on opposite sides. I even considered opening the side seam and pulling some of the material out to make it lower, but, after feeling the way that the batting was shoved / stuffed in there, I am not sure that I would do anything other than make it worse and lumpy. The hole in the middle is a great concept for side sleeping so that the ear isn't crushed under the sleeper's head, but, the material on the pillow (to me) is too crackly and it is annoying. It definitely "stretches" the cervical spine / neck and I am in agony. As a result of using this pillow I have had to seek medical treatment for severe head aches, muscle pain, back pain.

at the beginning is easy to do
For the price, it works for awhile IF you get your neck stretched over it correct, which, at the beginning is easy to do. There, it does the job it is suppose to do: align the spine correctly while you sleep so when you wake 90% or better is good! That's Great. That being said, however, the pillow loses its ability to hold the neck soon: within a few weeks at best. You can adjust it to pull the sides up around your neck, under your chin and it'll work, maybe 70%. Sleeping sideways, can be done, if you align your spine in the pit absolutely into the whole. Either way, one your back, or your spine, you MUST absolutely for the entire night sleep as still as possible straight, arms, palms down the whole time. I'm a 100% disabled veteran, and the VA should be picking up the tab for these prosthetics, and the VA chiropractor uses the product herself. It's not! It comes out of my own pocket, but THAT has nothing to do with the value and use of the product. MelChampion, SgtMgr., USMC (Ret-DAV) P.S. If a person would like to continue with this product they'd have to replace it, by my use, once a month.

Best pillow ever for neck problems!
I suffer from severe neck injuries - ruptured disks, bulging disks, arthritis, inflammation, and a curved cervical spine. I see a chiropractor three times a week just to keep things in check and from progressing further. I saw this pillow in my recommendations and decided to give it a try. The first few days were a little awkward but I have grown to really love this pillow. I flip it sideways and lay my neck on the big part while I am watching tv in bed. When I go to sleep I flip it back and it provides the perfect amount of support without over stretching my neck. I sleep both on my back and on my sides and I have worked out the sweet spots. Definitely recommend the pillow, just find the manner in which it works best for you!
