This worked best taken consistently with a balanced diet, good sleep and 2-3 days of regular gym sessions. The performance side of it worked like a mild creatine surprisingly, strength increase throughout reps and muscle condition felt more firm within 2 weeks. I got genuinely decent results with blood flow also particularly in the morning gentlemen if you get my drift.. Bare in mind everyone's body works differently but if you supplement this with a healthy lifestyle I know from my experience it works. 4/5* only because it took around 2 weeks to see results otherwise I'd have given a 5* if results showed in 1 week.

After taking it for just over a week, I thought I would share my experience. I took two a day once in the morning and once before bed. The feeling of strength increased, and my Libido was a little crazy. The blood results speak for themselves.The Test was done around 8 days in, My testosterone normally sits between 10-15 nmol/L after they were at 27.2 close to the upper limit of natural. Free Testosterone (the important one for building muscle) is now at 0.653 nmol/L which is considered above the normal range. The doctor reviewing the results left the comment, "Possible causes are anabolic steroid use, supplementary testosterone".All in all it's very effective for two ground-up plants and some zinc. I would recommend having Tudca for liver support as these compounds can be liver toxic.

I really like this product as it mixes all the compounds I was looking to take in one pill. Not only does it have fagodia agrestis but it also contains tongat Ali, ashwagandha and zinc. I was told by the internet that these compounds can have really good effects on the energy levels, strength and libido. After taking it for a while I have noticed an increase in all of the above. I cannot recommend this product enough definitely helps me during work and gym sessions.
